I am aware that I can copy Comedy World characters with their IDs by using inspect elements and Requestly, but is there a way to copy the Lil Peepz characters as well? If so, do you have the codes to do that? Thank you for your time to help and answering this question!

Use the same technique as Comedy World. If it's necessary, use Whiteboard Animation for Lil' Peepz instead of Comedy World.
For the character creator, use the same code, but replace "adam" and "family" with "cc2".
