Caillou gets grounded seems like just a series a of nonsensical videos, but if you read between the lines you start to notice a pattern which suggests the videos are actually a metaphor for governmental oppression, Caillou is the everyman, Boris is the government, Caillou doing nothing wrong and getting grounded for literal centuries could be a hyperbolic metaphor for the way governments unfairly punish citizens for minor offences, the torture videos could be about enhanced interagation too, this is why Caillou gets grounded should be an inspiration to everyone, as we should all stand up against political oppressors
