I'm interested in knowing what some of the GoAnimate community's thoughts are on Caillou as a character. Not the GoAnimate version of Caillou, I mean the Caillou from Caillou.
Personally I'm neutral over him. I've never watched his show and I doubt I'll ever since I'm not a fan of the more "real life" formula that shows like Arthur and Hey Arnold use. But hey, the show's aimed at 2 year olds and I'm 17.

The reality of it is is that it is meant for young kids. I can understand where people come from when they say the character is annoying and all. But it's just an animated 4 year old. I've never seen the show myself either, so I don't really have much of an opinion on the show, nor the character.

In a mature manner, i am not a fan of the TV Show. I make Caillou GoAnimate videos for COMEDIC PURPOSES, not because i do it for revenge for making the TV show exist.

I don't care about Caillou himself because that would be so immature to hate Justin Bieber's long lost cousin, but his whine, dysfunctional background and attitude are hilarious. The main reason I do Caillou videos is for the memes and I'm strangely attracted to it. I know someone who is so batshit obsessed on Caillou so much that if Caillou ever existed in real life he would run away crying for his mommy after meeting that person once.
And I thought everyone has seen Caillou as kids?? It's surprising how some people never even watched him in North America. As a toddler I loved the show.
