Oh man, I feel so young. I first discovered it in May 2016. I made my free trial account in June (just in time before they removed the old themes) and I paid my subscription in January 2017

I first heard of it around 2013 from CuteFuzzyWeasel's video on some COD army guy, he also made a video on this guy who thought playing brutal doom would cause an apple to grow out of your ass, and someone will drain the juice from it so they can tell the toys to attack the galaxy anyway, I didnt really think much of it and went on with my life
in early 2014 I rediscovered it via Officerpoop247's caillou videos, back then I thought they were meant to be stupid and ridiculous I found the fact that Caillou would get grounded for centuries funny, because back then I thought it was satirical or some shit, I was like "hey I could do that but better" so I joined GoAnimate and made stupid grounded videos, I purposely made the parents irredeemable because reasons, and the victim would always do something destructive such as making a video so stupid that it kills the brains of the viewers, then I found out about bandicam and started uploading longer videos, I tried to be "subversive" since I thought normal grounded videos were incredibly stupid.
That's as far as I'll go

I found Goanimate by Some videos of Caillou. I felt like grounding videos were funny. I was so bad back in the day. I was cringy. So When i got older I thought it was becoming boring and unfunny so I quit. Basically that's how I found Goanimate.
